CCTF is a private-sector-led national platform, inaugurated by the National Council for Arts and Culture (NCAC) with the approval of the Federal Ministry of Art, Culture, Tourism and the Creative Economy.
It brings together leaders from media, entertainment, film and music as well as culture. Together, they work to empower Nigerian creators, protect creative and cultural intellectual property, accelerate innovation and unlock greater value in a rapidly evolving digital economy.
CCTF exists to ensure that emerging technologies deepen Nigerian ownership, strengthen local capabilities and expand opportunity. It enables creators and creative businesses to protect their work, reach wider markets and capture more of the value they generate.
